OneThousandClub exists to bridge the gap between Portuguese and Foreigners in Lisbon. We do this through large member gatherings and small group dinners; and unlike other social clubs in town, we strive for a 50/50 balance between Portuguese and Foreigner attendees.
We also believe the best way to get to know a country is through its people. That’s why we’re formally launching the OneThousandClub Portuguese Ambassador Program.
Do you have a large circle of Portuguese friends who would love to join foreigners for a dinner? Or a large social following? Or perhaps you have a Portugal-based business with local customers? OneThousandClub believes life is just better when we partner with each other!
As such, we are looking to form partnerships with awesome individuals and businesses that we can mutually support. If you are social butterfly, a connector, or someone who wants to bring your event / idea to the community, we’d love to talk!

We added another monthly event: Saturday Yoga + Brunch
Based on member feedback and the rapid growth of new members, we’ve decided to add another monthly event and have partnered with Casa Cabana to launch a nourishing morning yoga + brunch session.
Ease into your weekend with a power flow from seasoned Portuguese yoga instructor and Gaya Imersions founder Sara Montes.
Sara is a dedicated student of Yogic Traditions and Ancient Ritual Practices. Most part of her life was given to travels, practices and studies on the quest of Human Condition and Mind Liberation.
Since this month we will be taking over this amazing cabana for a day we ask for a participation of 15 euros per person. The club will add the other 15 euros, in order to provide you with a nourishing brunch after such a delightful practise.
We only have 25 spots for this first launch, so grab your tickets ASAP (reminder tickets sold out to Ninho event in 48 hours).
Social Pod Dinners
Thank you for those who have offered their homes for future social pods. We will be hosting the coming weeks in some different locations – so stay tuned!
As you know our core value is to foster connection in all that we do, to no longer host dinners in busy restaurants and to bring a more intimate setting, you will find our social pods happening at different member homes or other private locations. Meet OneThousandClub member and co-founder of Paco Services, Christopher Jones. Christopher founded Paco Services to help make life easier for both Portuguese and foreigners in both Lisbon and Porto.
Paco employees a team of administrative assistants, operations wizards, and life-giving personal support folks who can do literally anything for you. From running errands to planning birthday parties to completing your personal or even small business to-do list, Paco makes life much more productive and efficient.
Paco is also the go-to solution for club co-founder Mel Miles.
