- 3-Month Membership Commitment: 1.1. During the 3-month commitment period, you are required to maintain your membership and fulfill the associated membership fees. 1.2. In the event of an emergency situation outside your control where you need to cancel your membership before the completion of the 3-month commitment, this will be handled one a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation Anytime Thereafter: 2.1. Following the initial 3-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time without any penalties or additional obligations. 2.2. To cancel your membership, please reach out to our team on the Whatsapp Help Line or to [email protected]. 2.3. Cancellation will start from the date the cancelation is processed, and no future monthly charges will be billed to your account.
- Pausing Membership: 3.1. You may pause your membership once per year for up to 3 months for temporary travel or unavailability due to life circumstances. To pause, please reach out via the WhatsApp hotline or email [email protected].
- Changes to Membership Fees and Terms: 4.1. The social club reserves the right to modify membership fees, terms, or benefits with advance notice to its members. 4.2. Notice of any changes will be communicated through email 4.3. In the event of any changes to membership fees or terms that you find unacceptable, you have the option to cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
- Community Guidelines & Enforcement: 5.1 The social club reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for violating the Community Guidelines. Interpretation of violation is decided by the social club and, in most cases, one warning will be issued in writing prior to revocation. Misconduct that jeopardizes another member’s safety or wellbeing is not tolerated and will lead to immediate ejection from the club without warning or refund.
