1. Joining Fee and Membership Commitment
1.1. A one-time €99 joining fee is required to activate your membership.
1.2. Upon joining, members pay the joining fee plus a pro-rated amount for the rest of the current month. The full membership fee is then charged automatically on the 1st of the following month, and every 1st of the month thereafter.
1.3. We ask new members to commit to staying for at least 3 months, so they can fully experience the rhythm and value of the club.
1.4. In the case of emergencies outside your control that require early cancellation, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. You may cancel your membership at any time by messaging us via WhatsApp hotline.
2.2. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and your access ends at the end of your current billing period.
2.3. No refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current billing cycle.

3. Pausing Membership
3.1. Members may pause for up to 2 months per calendar year.
3.2. Requests must be sent via WhatsApp hotline before the pause month begins.

4. Changes to Membership Fees or Terms
4.1. We may update fees or terms from time to time, with prior notice via email.
4.2. If updates are not acceptable to you, you may cancel using the standard policy above.

5. Community Guidelines & Membership Revocation
5.1. All members are expected to follow our Community Guidelines.
5.2. Membership may be revoked, without refund, for serious or repeated violations.
5.3. Where possible, we’ll issue a written warning first — however, immediate removal may occur in cases of harm to others or community safety.
